About

Ryan brings 8.5 years of experience as a serving police officer, including work as a detective, alongside roles in government across several settings, including forensic services and wellbeing consultancy.

With a background in high performance sport, Ryan understands the demands athletes, leaders and coaches face. His work has included wellbeing consultancy with the men’s and women’s programs at the Kingborough Tigers and Lions, including the 2023 statewide premiership season, supporting individual athletes and coaches.

Ryan takes a holistic, person centred approach, supporting individuals seeking personal growth and wellbeing, athletes and coaches aiming to improve performance, and teams or organisations focused on culture, leadership, wellbeing, and positive change.

Ryan holds a degree in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced), and a Diploma of Counselling, and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Psychology (Sport and Exercise Psychology).

Ryan offers person-centred coaching to support people not only to cope, but to thrive. This work focuses on personal growth, wellbeing, and performance in everyday life, sport, and work.

Coaching supports individuals with personal goal development, direction, and clarity, alongside guidance in communication, emotional intelligence, and self leadership. The approach is holistic and educational, helping people understand how the body and mind respond to stress, pressure, and change.

This work suits individuals navigating life transitions, people looking to improve how they perform and feel in everyday life, and athletes seeking greater consistency and growth.

Sessions are available one on one, in person or online, offering flexibility to suit individual needs and schedules.

Group Workshops and Training

Ryan delivers practical workshops and training for groups, teams, and organisations. Sessions focus on wellbeing, emotional intelligence, leadership, communication, performance, and building strong culture and connection.

Workshops are designed to be engaging, relevant, and grounded in real world, evidence-based practice.

Content is tailored to the audience and context, whether working with community groups, sporting teams, or organisations. Sessions can be delivered face to face or online and adapted to suit specific goals, environments, and time frames.

Fees

Individual coaching sessions are $150 for a one hour appointment.

Workshops, training, and organisational work are priced on a per request basis, depending on scope and delivery format.

How Do Online Appointments Work?

After you book an appointment, Ryan will send a confirmation email with a link to the online meeting room. At the scheduled time, simply click the link to join the session.

Before your first session, Ryan will also email a consent and payment form to be completed in advance.
